Policing outside the ground.
I've been to loads of away games where we've been kept in allowing the home crowd to disperse. Instead of that happening today though, they kept thousands of us penned up, causing unnecessary confusion while letting them out.

All they had to do was shut their doors for 10 mins and then let them out.

I was in block 127 left at full time walked past the store and used the steps there walked up to a fence and got through a gap and was not to far from the bridges and on to PML. It was the quickest time I've got there.

One McQueenieee AND Grassy chops doing their best to be GEEZERS.

Hahahahahaha! Don't try and even guesstimate what i do and where i go after a game. You just worry about your sad little disruptions to your West Ham routine and your own awkward journeys home, me i can't help having it all on my doorstep now, even doubling back works for me getting where i want to be getting in a huge crowd.

The only queue I was involved in was in a pub. I don't have to get home like you fella.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
What Snide is doing is effectively doubling back on himself after walking away from the normal PML route.

So he is affected by the denial of movement of home fans as he can't take the most direct route, he's just not walking right up to it to be blocked so he can pretend he's really clever and planned ahead.

Given where he's claimed to live in the past he'd also have to use PML to go BACK to Stratford anyway which again isn't the most direct route.

Bloke's mental and a fantasist.

One McQueenieeee your so bitter about everything West Ham no fluffy cloud could take the weight of your unhappiness. Best you fuck off and carry on joining the queues for the masses like some first time mincer.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
No Hermit got my ST in the East Side just cut across the bridge along the field where the old bill park their wagons and chucked a right which takes you to Pudding Mill

No cordons or anything just the Stoke fans singing about Bojan at the bridge. There was bit of a bottle neck where they have now boarded off the route into the station but other than that fine.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
Ended in block 113 and when leaving hit the line of old bill stopping you getting through.

Decided to go back in buy a beer and walk round the inside so we could get to pudding mill. Appreciate not everyone can do that and it will be a right pain in the arse but it made it a lot easier for us.

I can't believe how disorganised the old bill are on the route to pudding mill. Fuck me is it going to go off big time sooner or later unless they police it better, although it's going to take numbers to do. I wouldn't fancy it too much if I was an away fan coming to the place and certainly wouldn't be going that route if I had kids with me. I like the fact it's like that for always fans though.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
Side. There was a fence and a line of paddy wagons stopping West Ham from getting to PML, you must have had a seat in the stoke end to get in there.

Woodford, Bow Road is the best option now they've closed off PML, its a bit of a walk though.

Most on this a football forum THREAD One McQueenieeee.

It's called using your nouse when choosing a seat, you and many others always knew there would be a route cordoned off for away fans hence the moaning of why this hasn't been so and there's been trouble. Now they've finally picked an obvious route for the away fans people are.....guess what.....moaning.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
So most people found it a pain in the arse, apart from side of ham who found it the easiest it's ever been?

Hmmmmmmm

Re: Policing outside the ground.
I got to Pudding Mill lane with no problems yesterday, albeit in aMONGst the Stoke fans singing about Bojan. There again i didn't pick a seat in the area furthest away from the main station so i have a few options and don't have to moan as it's easy. In any event with a big gathering i've tended to NEVER take the obvious route and tried to take an alternative.Stratford/Leyton/Hackney Wick/Pudding Mill/Bow are areas i've spent a lot of time in and because of this i have relative knowledge of how it works out hence the East Side of the stadium pans out best for leaving the area.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
With this new system can someone explain how to get to Pudding Mill Lane after a game? The obvious route is now out of bounds and I got completely lost yesterday trying to find a new route without doing a near full circuit of the stadium.

I ended up walking down a canal towpath in pitch black light and ended up at the bow roundabout!

That's fucking outrageous in my book, never ever heard the like before for home supporters.

Re: Policing outside the ground.
First time trying Stratford after a league game for me. Straight in and on the tube after the long walk. Makes sense now if half the ground had to take the long route round.
